To help you plan your day out at the Suffolk Garden Show, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked visitor questions. If you have a question which is not answered here, please call our general enquiries line on 01702 549623, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Tickets
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm excluding Bank Holidays. The cost to call 0333 numbers is the same as calling a normal local or national land line. If your tariff or call package offers free or inclusive calls to landlines, numbers starting with 03 will normally be included free of charge. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am.
Our new Premium Tickets give you the flexibility and freedom to attend the show on either day, so if you can’t decide what day you’d like to join us, or worry your plans might change last minute, our Premium Tickets are a great option. Premium Tickets will give you any one-day entry to the Suffolk Garden Show. Please note that Premium Tickets are for one day use only and are strictly limited.
To help you plan ahead, our Standard Tickets give you the option to select which day you would like to attend the show. Please note that if a day is selected, tickets cannot be exchanged once purchased.
If you have booked Standard day-specific tickets, these are non transferable. If you’re unsure which day you’d like to attend the show, we’d suggest booking our Premium Tickets to give you the flexibility and freedom to attend on any-one show day.
Ideally we prefer all of our customers to print their tickets, but if you are unable to print the tickets, we do also accept viewing on smartphones.
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally). Follow this link to the ticket booking page, then click on ‘More Information’. There should be an option to ‘Resend My Email’. Click this and your tickets should be resent through to you. For further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912.
Yes, your ticket to the Suffolk Garden Show will also give you access to the All About Dogs Show Suffolk on the same day of entry – that’s two shows for the price of one! Please note that the All About Dogs Show is a two day event taking place on Sunday 5th and Monday 6th April 2026 only.
Parking & Transport
No, parking at Trinity Park is free for visitors to the Suffolk Garden Show. Please follow the directions from the car park marshals on the day and only park in the designated event car park area or you could be charged.
The main event car park is roughly a five minute walk to the entrance.
Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the Showground entrance. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. However, we advise arriving early as Blue Badge parking is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The Show
The Suffolk Garden Show takes place both inside the Barns at Trinity Park and outside on the Showground.
The ground that the show will be taking place on is flat with concrete paths, however please note that some outside stands will be on grass.
Yes, there will be several public toilets available including disabled toilet facilities.
Yes, dogs are welcome on leads at the show. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the Showground.
Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.
Yes, there will be an array of stands selling a selection of food and refreshments.
Yes, you are welcome to picnic in any public areas of the Showground.
Whilst we advertise events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.
Disclaimer: By entering this fun dog show you are agreeing to take full responsibility for, any injury or damage to your dog(s) and it is not the liability of Aztec Shows LLP including disappearance, theft, death or otherwise. You are fully liable for your animal should they cause any damage or injury. Any dog showing aggressive behaviour at the show will be asked to leave with no refund given. In the interests of hygiene make sure you pick up after your dog. Any photos taken by a member of Aztec Shows LLP may be used in future for promotion of the show. Visitors are reminded that the terrain of the show may be unstable please be aware of the possibility of slips, trips and falls. By entering the show you are agreeing to the above disclaimer and that the images taken may be used.
